Teaching Assistant

Job Summary
The Teaching Assistant will support teachers in delivering effective learning, supervising students, and maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning exercises.
- Support students who require additional academic assistance.
- Help prepare teaching and learning materials.
- Supervise students during lessons and other school activities.
- Assist with marking, record keeping, and routine classroom administration as directed.
- Support students during co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and an appropriate learning environment.
- Monitor student welfare and report concerns to the relevant teacher or school administrator.
- Perform other duties assigned by the school administration.
Requirements
- Relevant education or teaching-related qualification is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with young people.
- Patience, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
- Previous experience working in a school environment is an advantage.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
