Responsibilities or duties
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Marketing Executives to drive revenue growth and deliver world-class retail service.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members, offering on-the-ground support, mentorship, and feedback.
- Train the team on insurance products, customer onboarding processes, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and manage daily sales activities and productivity, including SME production tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all retail acquisitions.
- Oversee follow-up on policy renewals and premium debt collections from both retail and SME clients under the team’s portfolio.
- Plan and execute market activations and sales storms in targeted locations to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and enhance customer retention.
- Compile and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Academic and Professional Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Professional Qualification Certificate of Proficiency
Experience needed
Up to two (2) years’ relevant experience.
