Goal setting and strategy: Establish clear team goals and create a strategic plan to achieve them. Task delegation: Assign tasks and deadlines to team members, ensuring everyone understands their role and responsibilities. Performance management: Monitor team and individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and report progress to stakeholders. Motivation and support: Motivate the team, recognize achievements, and create a positive and collaborative work environment. Communication: Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and act as a liaison between the team and upper management. Problem-solving: Address challenges, resolve conflicts, and help the team navigate changes and uncertainty. Development: Coach team members, identify training needs, and support their professional growth. Operations management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure resources are managed effectively.
