Team Leader
Are you an experienced Team Lead who has successfully managed regional activations and delivered strong lead acquisition results? We are looking for driven professionals to spearhead our upcoming campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of regional activations
- Lead and motivate teams on the ground to meet daily/weekly lead targets
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and client requirements
- Liase with clients and management for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience running regional activations or similar large-scale field projects
- Strong track record in lead acquisition campaigns
- Leadership skills with ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Excellent reporting, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
