Our client, a reputable financial services provider, is looking for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy in client and financial processes, and mentor team members toward success.

-Supervise and guide a team to deliver on set performance and operational targets. -Oversee day-to-day client service operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-ups. -Review and approve transactions, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy and compliance. -Support the development and enforcement of internal controls and process improvements. -Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management. -Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer service delivery. -Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. -Mentor, coach, and train team members to enhance productivity and accountability.

-Strong leadership and people management skills. -Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. -Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with financial or CRM systems. -A collaborative, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in a financial, insurance, or credit institution with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
