Responsibilities

• Sales Performance — own targets, monitor daily figures, track sell-through by brand
• Recruit sales agents — coach and supervise sales executives, run briefings, manage attendance and conduct
• Track performance and stock levels, pricing accuracy
• Customer & Relationship Management — handle escalations, build partner relationships
• Reporting & Administration — daily sales reports, stock reports and tracking

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing
• 2–4 years team lead sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Mobile/electronics/FMCG distribution background preferred
