The Technical Assistance (TA) Performance Management provides day-to-day technical oversight and coordination for performance management across three assigned sub-counties. The role ensures that Living Goods’ TA model is effectively embedded within the County Health System by strengthening data quality, accountability, and supervision structures at both county and sub-county levels. The TA Performance Manager also drives data-informed decision-making, supports implementation of Improvement Operational Plans (IOPs), and builds the capacity of CHMT and SCHMT teams for sustainable community health service delivery.

Strengthen data quality and reporting by ensuring accurate, timely submissions across e-CHIS, DHIS2, and AfyaBI; leading regular DQAs and validation exercises with CHMTs; and refining e-CHIS workflows to close functionality gaps and improve user experience.

Analyze county and sub-county performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, and use these insights to inform decision-making and adaptive management.

Promote learning and documentation by facilitating data-driven learning sessions and supporting the development of success stories, case studies, and lessons learned to guide continuous program improvement.

Capacity Strengthening & Coaching (30%)

Strengthen the capacity of CHMTs, SCHMTs, and CHAs through targeted training, mentorship, and technical coaching on data-driven performance management, planning, reporting, and supervision processes.

Support the rollout and effective use of digital tools and performance dashboards, ensuring teams can interpret and apply community health indicators for improved decision-making.
