Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the Regional Director with reporting, scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks.
The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth regional operations and effective decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities.
- Compile, analyse, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for the Regional Director
- Manage and coordinate the Regional Director’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and appointments
- Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and databases for ongoing regional activities and projects
- Manage incoming communication and draft correspondence on behalf of the Regional Director when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow
- Support logistical planning for meetings, events, workshops, and regional engagements
- Monitor task progress, ensure timely updates, and assist in tracking project deliverables
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain high levels of discretion
- Assist with administrative tasks, procurement processes, and basic budget monitoring where required
Key Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative or technical capacity
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Professional discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
