About the Role
As a Technical Intern, you will support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer service activities for SME and Enterprise clients. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting both technical and sales teams in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SME and Enterprise customer installations and repairs.
- Manage installation orders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports on installation activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams during project execution.
- Commission and test equipment following installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Provide emergency technical support when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months’ ISP field installation experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused with strong technical and organizational abilities.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
