About the Role

As a Technical Intern, you will support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer service activities for SME and Enterprise clients. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting both technical and sales teams in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SME and Enterprise customer installations and repairs.
  • Manage installation orders to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback and progress reports on installation activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams during project execution.
  • Commission and test equipment following installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Provide emergency technical support when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ ISP field installation experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused with strong technical and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
