We are seeking a highly innovative, proactive, and self-driven professional to join our team as a Technical Manager – Swimming.

Role Overview

The Technical Manager – Swimming will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all competitive swimming activities. This includes athlete development, training oversight, and team management during competitions.

The role also ensures the smooth running of the Swim Academy, high performance of trainers, and continuous improvement of swimmers in line with set targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage)
• Relevant professional swimming certifications (Minimum: FINA Level 3)
• Proven experience across multiple organizational levels
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and alignment with organizational values

• Support the development and execution of annual plans for the Swimming section and Swim Academy
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and the sports code of conduct
• Collaborate with swim coaches and support training coverage when needed
• Review and update training manuals to maintain best practices
• Conduct on-the-job training to uphold service quality and compliance
• Support cost optimization initiatives while identifying revenue opportunities
• Oversee maintenance and upgrade of swimming facilities and equipment
• Manage administrative functions (attendance, bookings, subscriptions, etc.)
• Maintain high customer service standards and handle complaints effectively
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Plan and organize internal and external swimming competitions (galas)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
