Profile Introduction
Our client, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of personal-care products and pressure-sensitive adhesives is seeking to recruit a Technical Operator
Role Summary;

The Technical operator will be responsible for running machines /equipment in line with Occupational Safety and Health, environment, quality and compliance standards

Requirements for the Technical Operator Job

• Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Chemical & Process, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control)
• Must be registered with relevant professional bodies
• 2 years Working Experience;
  Technical Operator Job Responsibilities
• Lead focused improvement by identifying, defining and prioritizing kaizens;
• Define losses and process accounting records in the relevant EPR and database;
• Carry out AM and simpler PM tasks;
• Work with production engineers in breakdown resolution and detailed RCA with PDCA;
• Lead/participate in RCA with PDCA where defects are involved ,in line with defined process capability principles ;
• Complete assigned cross-functional development plans;
• Track OAE elements, lead RCA with PDCA to eliminate prioritized losses
