Responsibilities

  • Drive sale of Inverters and lithium battery storage systems.
  • Develop and manage relationships with solar installers and EPC contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals and bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Support customers in selecting appropriate solar solutions for residential and C&I applications.
  • Conduct client visits product presentations and technical training for installers and EPC partners.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the solar PV or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid inverters, lithium battery storage systems, solar PV design and system integration.
  • Must have experience working with Tier1 brands, solar equipment distributors, EPCs or solar installation companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the C&I space and C&I inverters and BESS
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical datasheets, prepare quotations and develop solar system designs.
