Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plan. 
  • Meet individual weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Understand the market landscape and identify growth opportunities and new customer prospects. 
  • Build relationships for new accounts. 
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. 
  • Offer after-sales support services. 
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to solve client problems. 
  • Act as a key market intelligence resource and report on relevant developments in the market. 
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. 
  • Provide monthly/regular sales report. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable (Solar) Energy from a recognized college. 
  • EPRA T3 certification will be an added advantage. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience selling solar power solutions. 
  • Experience in MS Office. 
  • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
