Role Context
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and technical advisory.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close project-based sales aligned with set targets
- Understand construction and technical specifications to generate accurate, tailored quotations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy frameworks
- Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach and build strong contractor and consultant networks
- Provide post-sale follow-up and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with finance and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain an active pipeline and submit structured sales reports
- Conduct market intelligence to support competitive positioning and management decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales
- Background in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction-related products and services
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Sage, Senri, and Microsoft Office tools
- A valid driver’s license
