Role Summary:

Responsible for technical presales, sales support, tender and proposal management, and hands-on system configuration and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client requirements into optimized renewable energy solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments, system sizing, configurations, and preliminary designs.
  • Prepare technical documentation and client presentations.
  • Support lead qualification, sales execution, and deal closure.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs).
  • Develop compliant technical proposals.
  • Configure, install, test, commission, and hand over renewable energy systems.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage suppliers and OEMs; stay current on market and technology trends.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Tender win rate and value of bids awarded
  • Sales pipeline value and revenue contribution
  • Proposal accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time
  • Accuracy of system configurations and installation success rate
  • Adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • EPRA Certification
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
