Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

Proven experience in technical support or engineering services, preferably involving engineering parts/components.

Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electromechanical components and troubleshooting.

Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.

Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills.

ERP/technical CRM experience and knowledge of ISO or quality management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on engineering parts and components.

Troubleshoot product issues and recommend suitable parts or alternatives based on customer needs.

Work with engineering and product teams to maintain accurate product information and technical documentation.

Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, product training, and launches

Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery and replacement of parts.

Escalate and follow up on unresolved technical issues through to closure.
