JOB DETAILS:
AA Kenya is the oldest and largest automobile association in Kenya with over 100,000 members and branch offices in all major towns countrywide. Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide.
Key duties;
- Course outline and contents development.
- Curriculum and lesson planning.
- Theory and practical training delivery.
- Assessments and Evaluation.
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Continuous research and development.
Education and Experience;
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Education.
- Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
- A valid driving license.
- Defensive driving training.
- Valid Driving Instructor's with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Driving Class G Qualification Is an added advantage.
Skills and Abilities;
- Conversant with PowerPoint presentations and modern ways of delivering training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application.
- Creative and innovative.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Research and development skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
