Background
The Nairobi Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Technologist to join its dynamic healthcare team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all biomedical equipment across hospital departments, including ICU, theatre, laboratory, renal, and radiology.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a leading tertiary hospital, contributing directly to patient safety and operational excellence. The successful candidate will engage in equipment installation, preventive maintenance, validation, and supervision of service contracts, supporting the hospital’s commitment to world-class healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will engage in equipment installation, preventive maintenance, validation, and supervision of service contracts.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (or related field) with at least three years of hands-on experience in medical equipment maintenance and calibration.
