Job Responsibilities

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Koolboks products and services.
  • Answering customers’ questions regarding products and services.
  • Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
  • Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  • Generating qualified leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with Koolboks products.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and customer feedback.
  • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and effectively handle customer objections.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Any additional duties as may be assigned to support the growth and development of Koolboks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales or outbound sales role
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
