Job Description

Janta Kenya is looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

The role will involve:

• Handling sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and emails
• Conducting online sales meetings
• Following up leads, quotations and proposals
• Qualifying prospects and identifying client needs
• Selling Janta’s recruitment, HR, business support and consulting services
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and closing business

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales or business development
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Excellent written communication and email etiquette
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience selling B2B or professional services is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
