We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will engage customers primarily through phone calls, managing leads, converting inquiries into sales, ensuring order follow-up, and providing excellent customer service to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, upsell, and drive conversions.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to close sales opportunities.
  • Engage repeat customers to facilitate re-orders and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Record and update customer interactions, call logs, feedback, and order details in the system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Liaise with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call performance and sales reports.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences, trends, and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Actively contribute to achieving long-term sales goals & customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a Degree in a business-related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role in sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets over the phone.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM or Sales tracking tools.
  • Quick to learn new product information & effectively communicate features & benefits.
  • Exceptional verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, composed, & professional, even when handling rejection or difficult customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
