JOB DETAILS:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years as a telesales person in a pharmaceutical distributor/ wholesaler is MANDATORY.
- Good and wide Rapport and network with retail pharmacies and hospitals.
- Diploma in any field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Promoting and selling Company products/services
- Meeting sales targets as agreed upon by both parties
- Providing customer support and follow-up as needed
- Adhering to all relevant laws, including telemarketing regulationsMake outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products that may be of interest to them.
- Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
- Pass on leads to the field sales team if applicable.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
- Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
- Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
