Responsibilities or duties

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, and presentable office environment for staff and visitors throughout working hours.
  • Prepare and provide office beverages and refreshments as required.
  • Provide front office and clerical support, including receiving and directing visitors, mails, and parcels to the appropriate recipients for action.
  • Maintain office registers, including the visitors’ book and mail and parcel movement registers.
  • Monitor office supplies and project commodities, ensuring timely replenishment and tracking utilization to identify consumption trends.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, including seating arrangements, projectors, refreshments, and stationery.
  • Report faulty equipment, furniture, plumbing, electrical, or other facility-related issues for timely repair and resolution.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills- English and Kiswahili

Experience needed

At least a year’s experience in a similar capacity in a related job field
