As a Territory Manager you will drive the growth and success of our world-renowned brands. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and building strong, lasting relationships with our distribution partners in the coastal region.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Lead Distributor Management: oversee the entire distributor lifecycle, from managing stock levels and primary orders to ensuring strong secondary sales performance.
  • Drive Business Growth: your mission will be to achieve and exceed sell-in and sell-out turnover targets for your territory, cementing our market leadership across all channels.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: strengthen L’Oréal’s business relationships with key customers and distributors, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Execute with Excellence: coordinate and implement impactful sales programs and in-store activations, ensuring a strong return on investment and brand visibility.
  • Generating insights that are beneficial to L’Oréal aimed at increasing competitiveness.
  • Increasing our distribution footprint for its products by channel, brand and categories.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

We Are Looking For:

A results-driven and analytical individual with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape. The individual will be a natural leader who thrives on building relationships and turning market insights into actionable growth strategies.

Experience needed

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG.
  • Experience steering sales strategies and managing territories to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
  • Strong account management capabilities.
  • Excellent at identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Expertise in channel & customer activation.
  • Ability to demonstrate analyzing data, and make relevant decisions
  • Strong Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Attention to uphold Ethics and Integrity culture
