JOB DETAILS:
Sales and Business Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets and grow distribution in the assigned territory
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
- Drive market execution and ensure high visibility
- Coordinate and support van sales activities and route performance
- Implement promotions, activations and trade initiatives
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Provide accurate reports, forecasts and analysis
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and company standards
