JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating theatre
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
- Perform scrub, circulating, and recovery nursing duties
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Maintain accurate theatre records and documentation
Key Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Perioperative Nursing
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid Practicing License from Nursing Council of Kenya
- 3 years' theatre/operating room experience
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
