In this role, you will engage directly with surgeons, theatre nurses, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams to deliver value-driven medical technology solutions that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth through theatre-based sales
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Building long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
  • Supporting product demonstrations, trials, and clinical training
  • Translating technical solutions into clear clinical value

Requirements

  • Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or medical sales
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand biomedical concepts
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability
  • Willingness to travel as required
