The role requires reliable professionals with strong driving expertise and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience operating tipper trucks in construction or quarry environments
  • Valid Driving License
  • Proven experience with trucks
  • Good understanding of construction materials and processes
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and computerized controls
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong road safety awareness and driving skills
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and report faults
  • Strong time management and route planning skills
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving & Transport Operations

  • Operate tipper trucks to transport construction materials
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
  • Ensure safe loading, transport, and offloading

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Report faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper condition

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to traffic rules and company transport policies
  • Ensure required safety equipment is on board at all times
  • Report accidents or incidents immediately

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
  • Complete delivery notes and transport documentation correctly
  • Assist in reconciling material quantities with supervisors
