Your Responsibilities
- Collect toll payments (cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payments) from drivers.
- Issue receipts and provide correct change when necessary.
- Verify electronic toll passes and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Provide directions and basic travel information to motorists.
- Report equipment malfunctions, traffic incidents, or suspicious activities to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the toll booth area.
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma or above
- Work experience on a similar position preferred;
- Basic IT skills.
- Diploma, degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or cash handling preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate computerized toll systems and point-of-sale equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
