Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading tours, educating visitors about our coffee processes, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative tours of our facilities.
• Educate visitors on coffee cultivation, processing, and brewing methods.
• Answer visitor questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee production is a plus.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Passion for coffee and tourism.
