Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and calls, ensuring quick response times.
  • Itinerary Preparation: Create detailed itineraries that include all client requests and services.
  • Invoice Management: Generate accurate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on timely payments.
  • Feedback Collection: Consistently gather post-safari feedback and address any concerns.
  • Booking Updates: Clearly communicate all changes in bookings or itineraries before and during trips.
  • Problem Resolution: Maintain a smooth safari experience by resolving issues early, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Sales Contribution: Support achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry, specifically in tour consulting or hotel operations.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, especially with the English-speaking international market.
  • Proven experience in selling East Africa i.e Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania as a travel destination.
  • Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently.
  • Highly organized with strong deadline management.
