Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region
• Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans
• Ensure effective retail coverage through DSRs and van sales teams
• Monitor and grow secondary sales performance
• Maintain optimal product availability and distribution in trade
• Enforce pricing compliance and track market/competitor activity
• Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years’ FMCG sales experience
• Experience working with Distributors and RTM Teams
