KISWCD was started in 1997 and incorporated on 22nd June 2000. It was registered by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on 22nd August 2002 as a training Institution [Registration no. MOEST/PC/758/2002] In 2016, in line with the TVET Act 2013, the institution was assessed and licensed to operate by TVETA - Registration TVETA/PRIVATE/TVC/0120/2016. The Institute is managed by a Board of Governors who are experienced in the areas of Social work, Educational Institutions Management, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Psychology, Environmental Health, Counseling and Law among others.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the relevant field

Diploma in Technical Education (KTTC)

2 years experience in training

Knowledge

Knowledge of KNEC/ CDACC examination procedures
