Trainer - Agricultural Extension - 2 Posts
Key Responsibilities: -
- Development of Technical Teaching and Training materials
- Training in specific areas of specialization
- Supervising trainees on attachment
- Reporting progress and overall performance of individual trainees
- Instructing, guiding and evaluating trainees in practical exercises
- Participating in the development of the curriculum and training programs
- Undertaking research in the respective training area
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Person Specifications:
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma or Diploma in the advertised discipline.
- Pedagogical skills in Education, TVETA registration and registration with relevant and recognized professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
