The National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) project is a landmark initiative by the Government of Kenya, funded by the World Bank, aimed at transforming the lives of vulnerable youth. Over five years, NYOTA will create employment opportunities, enhance income generation, and promote savings among the youth population

Responsibilities or duties

BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program. TRAINING AREAS (SESD) Africa Business Acceleration for Young Entrepreneurs in Africa (BAYE - AFRICA) Life Skills Financial Literacy Digital Skills Entrepreneurship Comunication

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Digital Skills & E-Commerce Digital tools, online business and e-commerce
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness or related field.
• Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.

Experience needed

• Minimum 3 years' experience in training, facilitation or youth skills development.
• Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship, financial literacy or digital skills training.
• Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
