We are seeking an experienced Transport Officer / Transport & Fleet Coordinator to oversee the full management of a fleet of Land Cruisers and support vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, safe, and cost-efficient transport operations while coordinating closely with drivers, mechanics, and operations teams.

• Plan and allocate vehicles for safaris, transfers, and logistics.
• Oversee servicing, repairs, inspections, and workshop scheduling.
• Maintain accurate fleet records: insurance, logbooks, licenses, fuel usage.
• Manage and supervise company and freelance drivers; prepare duty rosters.
• Ensure full compliance with transport regulations and permit renewals.
• Track fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, breakdowns, and repair costs.
• Coordinate safety checks, incident reporting, and insurance claim support.
• Update fleet systems and support daily operational dispatch.

• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, strong leadership, and ability to work under pressure.

• Diploma/Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field (experience counts).
• Minimum of 5 years in fleet/transport management.
• Strong understanding of 4x4 vehicles and regional road conditions.
