TRAVEL AGENT
Our client, Infni Africa Travel, an international travel agency, with a client base in China, is looking for a
Travel Agent.
Duties and Responsibilities
Offer accurate information on flight schedules, event details, fares, baggage policies, and venue rules.
Handle customer issues and complaints, process modifications, and manage refunds or exchanges.
Process various payment types (cash, credit, electronic) and maintain accurate sales records.
Manage the fleet of tour vans, coordinating their daily work schedule.
Utilize ticketing software and computerized systems to issue tickets and manage bookings.
Ensure adherence to company policies, airline regulations, and other relevant procedures.
Skills and qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills (articulate in English) for effective customer interaction.
High level of accuracy is crucial for handling transactions and managing bookings.
Ability to be patient, professional, and provide a positive customer experience.
Experience with computerized ticketing systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to resolve customer issues and handle complex situations efficiently.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
2+ years'experience in the hospitality industry
