Job Summary
The Trolley Attendant ensures shopping trolleys are clean, available, and safely returned to designated collection areas while maintaining cleanliness around the store entrance and parking areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect shopping trolleys from parking areas.
- Return trolleys to designated bays.
- Clean and sanitize shopping trolleys.
- Assist customers with loading purchases where necessary.
- Keep entrances and trolley stations tidy.
- Report damaged trolleys for repair.
- Follow safety procedures when moving trolleys.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate preferred.
- Physically fit.
- Good customer service skills.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Ability to work outdoors when required.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
