Job Summary

A reputable company in the FMCG industry is currently seeking to hire a competent and reliable Tuk-Tuk Driver to join their team in Baba Dogo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods safely and on time to customers and designated locations.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of company products during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic daily checks and maintenance of the Tuk-Tuk, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules, routes, and instructions to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate quantities are delivered to customers.
• Obtain customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transport policies.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refueling of the vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Tuk-Tuk Driver.
• Must possess a valid Tuk-Tuk driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes, neighborhoods, and road safety regulations.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and professional in conduct.
• Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
• Minimum KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Physically fit and able to load and unload goods when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet delivery deadlines.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle company property with care.
