This is a Tutorial Fellow position in Clinical Medicine at Kabarak University.

Responsibilities or duties

Directs, manages and evaluate students learning in clinical setting/hospital

Assist the students in integration of theory and practice specific to the course learning activities and level of the learner

Evaluate the student’s development of clinical reasoning skills

Participate as a member of the course team in the course development and evaluation activities with the lead faculty regarding individual student and group performance in accomplishment of the course

Provides feedback to the lead faculty regarding the clinical settings

Collaborate with the hospital unit manager and staff

Serves as a liaison between the clinical agency and the department of clinical medicine

Perform any other duty assigned by the dean of school, head of department or the university authority

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Masters in clinical Medicine or related discipline

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Registered with the national medical or clinical regulatory body

Experience needed

At least 2 years of teaching experience at university as a Graduate Assistant
