Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking applicants for the following position Unit Accountant

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis

• Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital

• Oversee procurement processes, supplier management, and cost efficiency

• Control inventory, operating expenses, and conduct stock counts

• Manage fixed assets in line with IFRS and Group policies

• Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and audit compliance

• Handle tax and statutory filings (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, etc.)

• Supervise finance-related staff and promote financial discipline

• Support management with financial insights and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• CPA Finalist (Mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.

• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control

• Experience in procurement, inventory, and fixed asset management

• High integrity and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and supervise junior staff
