Position: Unit Leader Role Overview: As a Unit Leader at Liberty Life, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of financial advisors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- - Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
