Responsibilities or duties
As a Universal / SME Banker, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of retail and SME clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promoting and selling a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and transactional accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conducting financial needs analysis and providing expert advice to clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector.
- Ensuring compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking, with a focus on retail and SME clients.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience needed
A minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience is required.
