JOB DETAILS:

Requirements

• Diploma and Master's in Urology (Urology) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid KMPDC registration and practicing license.
• Minimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience in a reputable hospital.
• Relevant life support certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, ATLS).
• Strong clinical, surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Ethical practice and compliance with MOH and KMPDC standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform urological surgeries and procedures (e.g., nephrectomy, cystoscopy, lithotripsy).
• Manage acute urological and adrenal gland issues.
• Provide medical urological care and consultations.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Maintain proper patient documentation and ensure quality, safe care.
• Participate in departmental planning, audits, and training.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, and professional ethics.
