What You’ll Do;

Sell Chemicaland's agro-input products directly to agro dealers using a van sales model

Open new agro dealer accounts weekly

Drive cash and fast-turnover sales

Manage your own route, territory, and daily call plan

Collect payments and grow repeat orders

Work closely with technical sales agronomists to convert demos into sales

What We’re Looking For;

Proven B2B or FMCG/agro-input sales experience (van sales is a BIG plus)

Strong dealer network or ability to build one fast

Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountability

High energy, self-driven, aggressive, and commercially sharp

SME mindset – hands-on, flexible, no entitlement

Valid driving license and proficient in driving manual pickup
