Our client dealing with FMCG based in Thika is looking for persons with the ability to drive market growth through the van sales channel, handle customer issues while maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned regions of Kiambu, Nairobi, and Murang'a Counties and convert shops, minimarts and channels to grow the portfolio.

• Sell and distribute company products to shops, minimarts among other customers assigned.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Follow up on customer orders and support repeat business
• Collect cash accurately and submit daily sales and cash reconciliations
• Report customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends
• Work closely with the driver and wider sales team to improve route performance

• Experience 2-3 years in van sales, route sales, field sales, or general trade sales
• Proven experience in FMCG - Baker / Beverages distribution
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Honest, disciplined, and highly accountable, especially in handling cash
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing / Business
• Valid Driving License and Certificate of Good Conduct
