Zeno is seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician, Mechanical to support the assembly, maintenance, and optimization of Zeno’s electric motorcycles. This role will work closely with the Vehicle Engineering team to ensure that motorcycles are operating at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Motorcycle Assembly: Assist in the assembly and commissioning of Zeno’s electric motorcycles, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and minor electrical issues in motorcycles, ensuring they operate smoothly.
  • Field Support: Provide on-site technical support for motorcycles in the field, assisting with inspections, repairs, and performance optimizations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.

What you Bring:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong mechanical skills with hands-on experience in motorcycle maintenance, repair, or assembly.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn about electric vehicle technology and battery systems.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites across Kenya
