JOB DETAILS:
Videographer / Photographer & Creative Editor
Location: Nairobi (with some travel)
We’re looking for a cinematic storyteller with a FUN personality, a visual genius who can turn ordinary moments into scroll-stopping content. Someone who laughs easily, brings good energy on set, and isn’t shy to experiment wildly with ideas.
This is not a “come, shoot, leave” role.This is a creative partnership.
You will conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality, high-energy video and photography content.

Can jump between professional, dramatic, playful, and humorous content
Want your work seen across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube
Love experimenting with angles, transitions, color grading & storytelling
Bring good energy, good vibes, and confidence to every project
YOU’LL STRUGGLE HERE IF YOU…
Have a dull or overly serious personality — this role requires ENERGY
Need constant supervision or want predictable, repetitive tasks
Don’t enjoy editing — this role is 40% filming, 60% editing
Aren’t comfortable generating new ideas or being part of creative discussions
Can’t adapt to changing locations, lighting, or fast timelines
Don’t like being around people or directing them during shoots
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Filming content, corporate stories, interviews & lifestyle videos
Editing reels, TikTok videos, YouTube content & cinematic cutdowns
Shooting high-quality photos for ads, campaigns & events
Color grading & applying consistent brand look
Updating ideas, scripts, shot lists & mood boards
Creating fun, creative, engaging behind-the-scenes content
Suggesting fresh concepts for viral content
TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED
Expertise in videography, audio, lighting & composition
Strong editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Skilled in photography & color grading
Experience shooting both corporate and lifestyle content
Comfortable with lighting, mics, stabilizers & studio setups
Graphic design basics (Photoshop / Canva)
Social media content creation familiarity (TikTok, IG, YT)
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
