The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visually engaging content, including graphics and video, to support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, client communication, and recruitment projects. This role requires both strong creative ability and technical expertise in graphic design and videography.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Visual Content:
- Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Design layouts for reports, proposals, client pitch decks, and recruitment advertisements.
Video Production & Editing:
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos such as testimonials, recruitment campaigns, behind-the-scenes footage, and team features.
- Add subtitles, music, motion graphics, and transitions to produce professional and engaging video content.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency in all visual designs and uphold company standards in design execution.
- Provide quick turnarounds for design revisions and campaign needs.
Creative Development:
- Stay updated with visual trends, design innovations, and new media techniques.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and digital presence improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a marketing, agency or recruitment setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static and motion design is mandatory.
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is an added advantage.
Key Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong creativity and a sharp eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a proactive team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of professionalism and ownership.
